Aid human development by helping to overcome hunger and disease, underdevelopment and social injustice, by promoting projects and programmes based on long-term approach in the Third World; grant aid regardless of the beneficiaries' religion, skin colour or political system of the country where they live; focus support on the poorest and most underprivileged of society.
