Encourage cooperation among national organizations for road accident prevention; stimulate establishment of such civil society organizations in countries where they do not yet exist; promote effective action to reduce the number of road traffic victims; facilitate exchange of knowledge, experience, developments, best practice and worse cases among members and between members and other stakeholders in the field; advocate safe mobility for everyone, especially vulnerable road users, young people and in developing countries and countries in transition; raise awareness for road safety.
