Founded on merger of U-XE0120 - Association of Common Market Potato Breeders, U-XE4020 - Association des établissements multiplicateurs de semences fourragères des CE (AMUFOC), U-XE3766 - Association of Plant Breeders of the European Economic Community (COMASSO) and U-XE3215 - Comité des semences du Marché commun (COSEMCO). Since Nov 2010, also includes U-XF6834 - Eastern European Seed Network (EESNET).
