Since 2005, INGOs form civil society's pillar in the CoE 'quadrilogue' with the CM, PACE and the Congress of Local and Regional Authorities. In this process they participate in intergovernmental activities and foster dialogue between members of parliament and local and regional authorities and associations confronted with challenges facing contemporary society. Relations with Non-Governmental Organizations
PACE committees develop and maintain working relations with European and international NGOs which carry out activities in the fields covered by their specific terms reference.
