Jun 1992, Strasbourg (France), as European Post-Graduate Training Institute in Health Care (Euro Cos and Santé) - Groupe pluri disciplinaire et pluri professionnel européen de reflexion et de formation en santé, on signature of an agreement between H-XD2657 - European Association of Hospital and Health Services Social Workers (EAHHSSW) and 3 Strasbourg-based universities and hospitals. Statutes adopted by Constitutive General Assembly, 14 May 1994, Strasbourg. Present name adopted 2002.
Aims
Promote a global approach by tackling health problems at a European level through inter-professional pooling of competences, complementarities and differences of founding institutions; facilitate exchanges, discussions and understanding among different European health professionals on specific topics and specialties.
