History
Established by Latin American and Caribbean governments, following recommendations of Resolution 2802 (XXVI) of the General Assembly of A-XA3375 - United Nations (UN) and and 15th Biennial Meeting of E-XE4175 - United Nations Economic Commission for Latin America and the Caribbean (ECLAC).
Aims
Promote analysis and exchange of experiences and knowledge on the reform of the State and the modernization of Public Administration, through organization of specialized international meetings, the publication of works, the provision of documentation and information services, the conduct of studies and research, and execution of technical cooperation activities among member countries and from other regions.
