Promote a spirit of ecumenicism among the Churches of the Pacific; help member Churches evaluate their work and plan so that their human and financial resources are used in joint action for mission; create greater awareness of the issue of justice, peace and human development facing the people and nations of the region and the world; facilitate mutual consultation; promote participation in the wider ecumenical movement; be a means for channelling help among, to and from Churches in the region in times of natural disaster or need.
