Establish and refine global standards for combating money laundering and terrorist financing; foster and monitor countries' implementation of these standards; expand the geographic reach and implementation of FATF standards through a limited increase in membership and enhanced relationships with FSRBs and non-member countries; identify money laundering and terrorist financing threats; conduct outreach to relevant stakeholders.
