Space regulations take place in conference facilities and restaurants. There are physical transparent partitions on registration and customer counters.

Health and safety measures have been increased
Cleaning, sanitation and disinfection regimes of commonly used areas is extra careful. Contactless payment is widely in use. Sanitizing and handwashing stations are provided. Ventilation of venues is being monitored. Food and beverage and banqueting services follow the health and safety measures set by The Ministry of Economic Affairs and Employment and the Ministry of Social Affairs and Health. This also applies to transportation and logistics and to third party suppliers.

Crowd control is implemented
Attendee flows will be monitored during events. Registration process can be adapted. Catering will be managed in a way it allows physical distancing.
