You are welcome to participate in the Fourth International Conference on (Peace-building, Human Rights , Reconciliation and Security in Modern Society. Taking place from the 20th - 23rd of February 2024 in West Fargo, North Dakota the United States of America and from the 26th - 29th of February 2024 in Saint Louis, Senegal , under the sponsorship of the American Peace Foundation Network - APFNetwork.

Eligibilities : From 18yrs of age and above, we welcome Members of ngos, health practitioners, professionals in relevant fields, lawyers, psychologists, women and youth development groups, government officials, donor agencies, distinguished theologians, scholars and academics, ecumenicism, members of peace and reconciliation groups and prospective individuals to join hands with us in making these events a success.

Please read with understanding before sending your details for registration - Our donor sponsors will take full responsibility of all registered participants Visa arrangements and documentation for the United States Visa processing and that includes delegates Round trip air tickets to both events, food , transportation and accommodation here in the US . Delegates will only be responsible for his/her own hotel accommodation cost in Saint Louis,Senegal where the second phase of the conference event will take place.

Delegates Responsibility - Delegates will only be responsible for his/her own hotel accommodation cost in Saint Louis,Senegal where the second phase of the conference event will take place.

After confirmation of your registration and submission of your Registration Forms and other documents, we shall send your full documents and visa approval to the U.S Embassy in your country of residence to notify them about your participation. Your visa documents will be processed here in the United States via the U.S Bureau of Immigration Affairs before we can forward your visa approval letter with other visa documents to the U.S Embassy in your country of residence....the same documents will be send to you to enable you submit them at the U.S Embassy for the collection of your visa to attend this meeting.

Certificates of attendances: Certificates of attendances will be offered to all participants at the end of this meeting. The conference organizing a committee in conjunction with our donor sponsors committee has mapped out some financial rewards to group participants that distinguished themselves in their areas of discipline. A panel of Judges has been appointed to oversee and to select participants of merit. Awards and gifts will be given to participants on merit. All delegates will also be entitled to daily allowances during both conference events.

Presentation of paper during the workshop: Presentation of paperwork is open to any delegates willing to present a paper during the summit on any of the conference topics above. Due to time factor and the processing of Visas including other documentations you are to submit all documents not later than FEBRUARY 9th, 2024.

Your Booking Confirmation Receipt & booking Code must be forwarded along with your Registration Forms to enable us complete your registration files for visa authorization through the United States Bureau of Immigration Department here in the US. This is to assure the US Bureau of Immigration that all conference participants are eligible and will be participating in both events and that you do not have any intention of staying in the US only after the first phase of the event before they can issue your Visa Approval Letter.

Note : Submission of uncompleted documents will disqualify your participation and visa process. All Registration forms must be correctly filled and immediately after submission of your documents your files will be forwarded to the US Bureau of Immigration Affairs and Foreign Consular Department for VISA AUTHORIZATION.
