The IOM International's CAN 2022 conference will focus on sexual assault, intimate partner violence, stalking, human trafficking and elder abuse. The conference will bring together law enforcement personnel, prosecutors, victim advocates, judges, parole and probation officers, rape crisis workers, health care professionals, faith community members, educators, researchers and others in this conference; highlighting promising practices and emerging issues to effectively respond to these crimes in all of our communities.
Come and learn about several laws and policies that intersect with the anti-trafficking movement. Act 105, Safe Harbor, Prostitution Crimes Code, SESTA-FOSTA, etc - we are in a time of heightened legislative action to change systems that promote trafficking activity into systems that deny this type of exploitation and disregard for basic human rights. I remain, cordially, and appreciate your attention and look forward to your favorable reply.
Kind regards,
Mrs. Rebecca O’Malley
