Cancellation policy

If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.

Guarantee & Refund Policy

Reservations will not confirmed until booking payment is made. Complete payment for room bookings must be made before confirmation. Due to our past experiences fraudulent bookings, we no more accept Credit and Debit cards from customers . Refunds are made within 48 hours of cancellation.
We do not accept proxy payment. All booking payment are to be made via Money Gram Transfer Services. In countries where the mentioned transfer services do not exist, alternative booking payment method would be provided.
