The U.S Department of State Bureau of Consular Affairs stated that they want to be satisfied that you intend to honor the terms of the visa by returning home after your participation at the conference in the United States. By demonstrating your intent to return home rather than to stay permanently in the United States.

The Department of State stated that they will ensure that the Non Immigrant Visa will be secured the same day that appointment is given to you by the U.S Embassy in your country of residence, but at the same time they need to be sure that you are coming here for legitimate purposes, business, tourism, and education. Since you are coming to the United States for a legitimate purpose, which is to participate at these international events, visa approval for you will not be denied nor delayed.

You are advised to read the U.S. Non-Immigrant visa clarification letter carefully. The State Department will fax the approved visa support letter to the consular General in charge of visa affairs at the U.S. Embassy in your country of residence and you will be contacted.

The U.S Department of States Bureau of Consular Affairs will fax or Email the confirmation of your approved visa to the American Embassy in your country of residence to enable the consular to issue the visa seal into your travelling document. You will appear in the Embassy after a copy of the Visa Support letter and the confirmation of your visa is faxed to the Embassy and they will contact you for Visa appointment date, appointment must be given to you by the Embassy before coming to the Embassy to pick up your Visa.

We will be responsible for any medical and insurance risk from your country to New York from New York to St Louis Senegal and from (St Louis), back to your country of resident.
