By recommendation, we accept you to participate in the forthcoming meetings which is scheduled to take place from October 18th - October - 22nd 2020 Mary Land, International convention hall, United States , U.S.A. and from October 24th - October - 29th 2020 Maison Dé La Culture DOUTA SECK in Senegal West Africa. (Note: THESE DATES WERE CHOSEN DUE TO THE COVID-19 PANDEMIC. IT IS ANTICIPATED THAT BY THEN EVERY ACTIVITIES WILL BE BACK TO NORMAL)
The aim of the forth coming global congress meetings is to equip participants with the strategies and policies against Economic Crisis, Child Protection & HIV/AIDS Treatment, Prostitution, Sex Work, forced Labor,trafficking of women and children.
This event is being Organized by World Human Right & Aids Foundation (WHRAF) in collaboration with other benevolent organizations in the United States of America. The conference organizing committee in conjunction with the sponsoring committee has mapped out some financial rewards to all participants.
Panel of Judges will be appointed to oversee and to select participants of merit. Awards and gifts will be given to participants on merit. You are hereby advised to equip yourself and exhibit your God given talents to the fullest. We welcome delegations, intergovernmental and nongovernmental organizations to this International Conference. Our staff are working day and night to make this event a success.
REGISTRATION OF PARTICIPANTS
A minimum of One (1) as an individual and a maximum of two (2) persons as a group are expected to participate. None should be less than eighteen years of age, as from eighteen to older age are allowed to participate and must participate in both conferences. There is no further qualifications or criteria to be a participant.
WHRAF has decided to assist their nominated participants to pay half of their accommodation on the second phase of the event in Saint Louis, Senegal after their registration. The total hotel accommodation rates (meal included) for the six (6) days of the event is $456 USD as was accepted by the hotel and sponsors to aid the participants. You are expected to pay $228 USD for your accommodation and meals which must be paid before we start processing your traveling document.
You are to forward the below information to us as soon as possible. All participants visa request will be forwarded to the U.S Department of State for same day visa Authorization which shall be sent by fax to the consular section of the U.S. Embassy, in your country or Country of residence.
All registered participants are entitled to a round trip air tickets, meals and accommodation during their stay in the U.S. Only.
Delegates will only be responsible for half payment of hotel booking in Senegal where the second phase of the conference will be held while the organization pays half. This measure is to eradicate opportunist and unwanted individual who will come because of our payment during this symposium.

NOTE: An emergency traveling document will be given to any one who is willing to participate but does not have an international passport. Do not hesitate to notify us. kindly scan to us a copy of any of your valid identity card.
PARTICIPANT BENEFITS
*AWARDING OF NGO: Approved participants have the opportunity to be awarded an NGO worth $500,000,00 USD in his/her country which the organization will finance, this is to enhance and improve life in every community which has been our aim, the organization will monitor this project and make sure it grows and give birth to others.
*FINANCE: Every participant is entitle to a sitting allowance of $10,000 cash at the end of the life changing conference.
*AWARD: There will be an exhibitions of talent during this program which the winners will bag an award including cash.
*CERTIFICATE: A voluntarily certificate will be giving to every participant as a WHRAF volunteer.
We will create your file as soon as we receive your details. We will now direct you to Hotel in Senegal where you will make your reservations.
Your African Hotel reservation confirmation receipt will only prove to us that you must attend the African stage after the U.S. Conference. We cannot add or reduce any given requirements for the authorization of participant's visas. We remind you to forward your information immediately in order to create a file for you or your group.

In the great continent Africa, there are serious challenges in the cause of social and political governance. There are a lot that cannot be justified in acts and actions and are not in the interest of genuine basic aspirations. Human abuse, education, health care and child delivery are far cry from justification.
Equally the rate of economic down turn has created a vacuum and made it a dream for all young Africans to travel to the developed world in search of green pastures, the mode and method of their migration had caused havoc in many countries and brought bad names to the continent. So WHRAF will not accept any participant who's intention is to use this opportunity to illegally migrate to the UNITED STATES.

NOTE: The weather condition in Mary Land, USA is 17 Celsius and above considered cold and Saint Louis, Senegal is 23 and above degrees Celsius which will be a bit cold, we suggest you prepare yourself for this kind of weather, should you be approved to participate.
