Impact on meetings behavior. The Union of International Associations (UIA) invites you to participate in its special COVID 19 Impact Survey.
The COVID 19 pandemic has a tremendous impact on the global travel and meetings industry and on the meetings behaviour of international associations. UIA Yearbook highlights UN SDGs |
Sustainability. The Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) are a collection of 17 global goals which cover social and economic development issues, and are set by the United Nations General Assembly, involving the entire United Nations System.
There can be no question as to the relevance of the new topic. The SDGs are informed by and in turn inform all global civil society actors. The Yearbook of International Organizations Volume 6 on Global Civil Society and the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals looks at the link between these international associations and the SDGs. Which of the SDGs concern them? With which SDGs should they be concerned? What communities of international bodies form around each of the SDGs?
By producing this innovative Yearbook Volume, the UIA is putting its extensive research and information capacities at the further service of the global civil society community and of the UN System, contributing thus in its specialist domain to the broader implementation of the SDGs.
