We have a wide range of fabulous venues including purpose built venues, ancient castles, cathedrals, galleries, stadiums, breweries, and everything in between!
+ The Convention Centre Dublin – opened in September 2010, this state of the art, purpose built convention centre can host meetings from 5 – 5,000 in its 22 multi-purpose, flexible conference rooms and includes a 2,000 seater auditorium
+ The Royal Dublin Society (RDS) – founded in 1731, the RDS is a 42 acre complex with 20,000 sqm of versatile space.
+ Clayton Hotel, Burlington Road – Dublin’s largest city centre hotel, at 501 bedrooms, features an impressive 2,100 sqm conference centre, an entire floor dedicated to meeting rooms and 19 flexible conference suites that can seat up to 100 delegates.
Where to stay?
There are currently 20,000 bedrooms over 160 hotels in Dublin City and region including international brands such as Hilton, Marriott, InterContinental and Radisson. There are rooms to suit every budget – from 5-star hotels to traditional Bed and Breakfast guest houses, with complimentary wifi a regular feature.
Between semesters, high quality college accommodation is available.
Dublin hotels range from the modern to the more traditional. The structure of our hotel categorisation system equates our 3 star hotels to 4 star properties in mainland Europe.
How to get there?
+ Dublin airport is situated 12km from Dublin City centre, and is one of Europe’s busiest airports with in excess of 40 airlines flying to over 180 destinations. We are the only EU capital with US pre-clearance.
+ Airlines include Ryanair, Aer Lingus, City Jet, Lufthansa, SAS, American, Delta, Qatar and Etihad, to name a few.
+ Flight times are approx. 2 hours to mainland Europe, and 7 hours to USA east coast
+ Dublin airport is well serviced by bus and taxi

+ Failte Ireland, Ireland’s National Tourism Development Authority, offers association conferences financial support of between €10 and €20 per international delegate, depending on the size of the conference
