Where to meet?
Dubai World Trade Centre is the largest meetings and events venue in the Middle East, with over one million square feet of space. Hotels such as the JW Marriott Marquis, Madinat Jumeirah, Atlantis The Palm and Le Méridien Dubai Hotel & Conference Centre also have significant event space, while alternative venues include the new Dubai Opera and Burj Park, at the base of the world’s tallest building – Burj Khalifa.
Where to stay?
Towards the end of 2016, Dubai had 676 hotels and hotel apartments with over 100,000 rooms. Out of these, 93 were 5-star hotels and 111 were 4-star properties. Hotels that have recently opened include the St Regis Dubai, Palazzo Versace and The Westin Dubai Al Habtoor City. Other well-known hotels include Four Seasons Resort Dubai at Jumeirah Beach, Armani Hotel and the iconic Burj Al Arab.
How to get there?
Dubai has two international airports which service 260 destinations around the world. 66% of the world’s population is within an eight-hour flight from Dubai. Two major airlines are based out of the city: Emirates and flydubai.
