Where to meet? Three conference centers, different in layout, size and structure, serve the association world - the Hofburg Vienna, the Austria Center Vienna and Reed Messe Wien. In addition most of the universities in Vienna offer meeting space as well as numerous meeting hotels and smaller historic palaces - due to the huge variety association clients will find the perfect solution for their events. Where to stay? Vienna offers more than 32,000 hotel rooms within the city limits. In 21 Five Star Hotels, 168 Four Star Hotels, 161 Three Star Hotels and 82 Two/One Star Hotels participants in meetings will find their preferred hotel. How to get there? Vienna Airport is a central hub, mainly for Eastern Europe. More than 240 cities are connected to Vienna. Austrian Airlines is not only our national carrier but also a key partner for association meetings with a dedicated department for the meeting industry. The airport is only 19 minutes by the City Airport Train from the City Center. Do you offer any special services/assistance for associations? The Vienna Convention Bureau is the one stop shop for association clients and it is our philosophy to be the voice of our clients to the suppliers in our city. We provide all services you expect to receive from convention bureaus - advice, organisation of site inspection trips, providing touristic information about the city for the participants and being a sounding board for the client. We accompany and are always available for our clients throughout the planning and organising process. Under certain conditions the Vienna Convention Bureau also provides small financial support to association meetings - this support is limited to November - March and July/August. Whom to contact?
